Dance Psychotherapy
Dance/Tango Movement Psychotherapy, most commonly known as Dance/Tango Therapy, is a method that uses guided body movements for personal expression and relaxation, contributing to the treatment of social and non-social issues that develop over the course of life. It has been proven that it helps support emotional, intellectual and motor functions by expressing emotions and feelings through movement and dancing. Emotions’ expression through Dance/Tango Therapy helps refresh and physically de-stress the body and mind and relieve anxiety.
