SPARTAN Elite Security Ltd is a specialist private security company at the elite end of the security business, founded in 2017 by Mr Vasilios Sotiropoulos.
Our primary focus is on the welfare of our clients providing them with their personal protection security, more commonly known as bodyguard services.
From our headquarters in Mayfair, in Central London, we provide ex-Special Forces licensed close protection officers, fully compliant with the code of practise BS7858:2019 of the British Standards Institution (BSI). Due to the high demand for our services, we recently launched a second branch in the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham.
In addition to our bespoke personal protection, we provide premium Door Supervision and high-quality Security Guarding along with a specialist K9 Unit.

Bio of the CEO Mr Sotiropoulos
Mr Sotiropoulos is a highly trained Close Protection and Security Operative with over 22 years of experience working within the high-risk sector with a variety of principal clients.
With a military background in the Special Forces in Greece (2nd Lt), he started the journey in the specialist protection industry.
He is actively participated and certified in multiple Close Protection (Bodyguard) courses conducted by the Greek Ministry of Defence, the Surveillance Department of the United States Embassy in Greece and by Specialist Close Protection private training centres approved by Israeli awarding bodies.
Under the Greek law for private close protection officers, Mr Sotiropoulos used to hold an official permit to carry and use firearms for the protection of his principal clients issued by the Greek Police Headquarters in Athens.
In 2015, six years after his appointment as Head of Security for a high net worth Businessman in Athens, he decided to relocate to the United Kingdom to further his career progression in the specialist security sector.
He holds all British security licenses and received his close protection training from the very well known veteran of the Special Air Services (SAS) Mr Phil Campion.
In 2017, after 2 years in the UK, he founded his company and due to his origins in Sparta, he named the company SPARTAN Elite Security Ltd.
